Efficient drying with low energy consumption
The CANDY BQS 8N3BX-S tumble dryer has a C energy efficiency class and uses heat pump technology, which dries laundry at lower temperatures. Efficient use of heat contributes to lower energy consumption and gentler care for fabrics. The dryer thus offers a practical solution for regular clothes drying without unnecessarily high running costs. Energy consumption is 1.01kWh per standard drying cycle.
Long-lasting freshness with the Active Scent system
The innovative Active Scent system adds a pleasant fragrance to your laundry directly during the drying cycle. The fragrance helps keep clothes fresh, and the system delivers a long-lasting effect for up to 10 drying cycles. Your favourite garments can be not only dry but also pleasantly fragrant when you take them out of the dryer.
One-touch drying
The modern colour TFT touchscreen provides clear and intuitive control of all the dryer's important functions. With the Quick Start function, you can start a Smart Dry cycle with a single touch after turning on the appliance. You don't have to go through the programme menu and manually set the individual parameters every time. The control is fast and adapted for everyday use.
Smart features in the hOn app
The hOn mobile app extends the capabilities of the CANDY BQS 8N3BX-S tumble dryer with additional practical features. You get access to extra drying programmes, personalised settings, and useful laundry care recommendations. The app also lets you track usage statistics and adapt the drying to different types of fabrics. This makes it easy to use the appliance's features according to your current needs. With Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, you can connect the dryer to your smartphone and conveniently control its functions remotely via the hOn app. Voice control using compatible Google Home and Amazon Alexa assistants is also supported. This means you can manage your drying without having to interact directly with the control panel.
More even drying with AI Smart Move
AI Smart Move technology optimises the drum's movements during the drying cycle and helps to ensure more even drying of individual items while reducing tangling. Thanks to the carefully controlled movement, the laundry spreads out better inside the drum, which contributes to thorough drying and reduces the occurrence of unevenly dried spots.
Fast drying with the Genius programme
The Genius programme uses intelligent sensors that continuously monitor the moisture of the laundry inside the drum. Based on the measured values, it automatically adjusts the drying time and can complete suitable drying cycles in under 59 minutes. This means you don't have to set the drying time manually, and your clothes are not unnecessarily exposed to heat for longer than needed.
Gentle drying with the Warm Dry Pro programme
The special Warm Dry Pro programme is designed for the care of more sensitive fabrics that require gentler handling. It dries laundry at a temperature of 32–35°C and achieves up to 40% lower energy consumption compared to the Eco programme on the same appliance. The lower temperature helps to reduce thermal stress on the fibres and contributes to preserving their properties during regular drying.
Woolmark certification for delicate fabrics
The CANDY BQS 8N3BX-S tumble dryer also offers gentle care for wool, cashmere, and other delicate materials. Precise temperature control helps preserve the natural softness, texture, and appearance of fine fibres and reduces excessive stress during drying. The care for woollen garments is confirmed by the Woolmark certification, which proves the appliance's suitability for drying corresponding delicate textiles.
