The Empt Puzzle Mix Pastel massage mat has soft pastel colours that blend perfectly into the interior. The rug is aesthetically attractive and elegant, so it can be easily matched to any space. The mat consists of 8 puzzle pieces that fit together easily. It is made of safe and hypoallergenic PVC material that does not contain phthalates or other harmful substances. The pads are suitable for both children and adults, there are no weight restrictions. Thanks to the different shapes of the protrusions, each module has a different effect - some are harder, others softer, some sharper and others smoother, which contributes to activation of various reflex zones on the feet, stimulates blood circulation and strengthens muscles. The modules are flexible and easy to bend.

The mat is accompanied by a video summarizing the exercises. The child puts the puzzle together, the parent turns on the video and together they can practice. It is recommended to exercise 3-5 times a week. The first results can be seen after just one month of regular exercise - your muscles will be stronger and your gait more stable.

Maintenance:
After use, the pad can be washed with cold water. Dry on a flat surface to prevent deformation.

Notice:
When exposed to high temperatures (e.g. very hot water) or improper storage (uneven surface) may cause temporary deformation - but this does not reduce the orthopaedic functionality of the pad. The mat is not suitable for injuries, skin diseases, wounds and diabetic foot syndrome.
