Non-stick blades and safe handle

Knife set maintenance
The knives can be washed in the dishwasher, but to maintain sharpness , gentle hand washing with warm water and dishwashing detergent and subsequent drying is recommended . Store knives in a knife rack or on a magnetic strip.
