A Sci-Fi Story
Aphelion for PS5 delivers a thrilling sci-fi adventure set in the near future, where Earth is uninhabitable and humanity is searching for a new home. The planet Persephone, on the edge of the solar system, becomes their last hope, along with the scientific mission Hope-01, consisting of two astronauts, Ariane and Thomas. Their task is clear: to explore the unknown world and find out if humanity can start anew there.
On the Planet Persephone
The story of Aphelion for PS5 begins dramatically right after landing, when the ship crashes and both crew members find themselves separated on the planet. You will embark on a perilous journey across the frozen landscape, where you must survive, find the other astronaut, and complete the original mission. Every step is filled with suspense, as Persephone hides much more than it first appears.
From a Third-Person Perspective
Aphelion for PS5 is a cinematic third-person action-adventure that focuses on a strong story, atmosphere, and exploration of an unknown world. Expansive alien locations, dangerous threats, and secrets hidden deep beneath the ice await you.

A Beautiful and Terrifying Frozen World
Aphelion for PS5 takes you to the planet Persephone, which will both enchant and terrify you. This vast frozen world is full of strangely beautiful landscapes, but also deadly storms and constantly changing terrain. Every step presents a new challenge; one moment you're crossing deep crevasses in the ice, the next you're trying to navigate areas where the weather can change the conditions for survival in an instant.
OXYGEN
Find Your Crewmate
On the planet, you must rely solely on your equipment and skills. The Pathfinder helps you find a safe way forward, the oxygen tank is key to survival in the hostile environment, and a grappling hook allows you to traverse inaccessible places. Ariane embarks on a dangerous journey to find Thomas, who is injured after the crash and must survive only through his resourcefulness and careful observation of his surroundings. Gradually, they both uncover the secrets of the planet and what caused their ship to crash.
EXPLORATION
Can you survive and complete your mission?
The adventure of Aphelion for PS5 is not just about exploration and survival. Persephone hides strange phenomena that distort reality, lending an even darker atmosphere to the entire expedition. As you traverse the frozen world, you collect clues, uncover unknown phenomena, and gradually piece together what is really happening on the planet. Each new discovery brings you closer to your goal: completing the mission and surviving.
ENEMY
Use the Environment to Your Advantage
Suspense and the powerful story of the two astronauts also play a major role in Aphelion for PS5. You are not alone on the planet; in the unknown landscape, a hostile life form is watching you, which you must avoid by using the environment to your advantage. At the same time, the personal story of Ariane and Thomas unfolds, their relationship having long been unresolved. In these extreme conditions, their mutual bond becomes the most important thing that can help them survive and find each other again.
