FANATEC ClubSport DD
The ClubSport DD delivers a consistent 12 Nm of torque with incredible response and dynamics. The racing simulator has suddenly become much more realistic. Not all direct drive systems are created equal. Decades of experience with force feedback technology have contributed to the many structural and electronic steering optimizations in the ClubSport DD that deliver class-leading performance. ClubSport DD, designed to meet strict cooling requirements, has the most thermally stable wheelbase in its class, so you can be absolutely sure that torque and force feedback remain consistent regardless, how long you've been driving. The speed of the ClubSport DD's servo motor allows us to fine-tune its behavior with greater precision than any previous Fanatec steering wheel. This means your steering wheel can feel very active, communicating even the smallest details clearly, while being perfectly stable and resistant to unwanted vibrations.

Main features
Full support for the Fanatec SDK ensures instant compatibility with all major racing games, while the standard tuning menu allows even complete beginners to get off to a fast start. More experienced users can fine-tune the behaviour of the force feedback to suit their style thanks to advanced tuning. The High Resolution Non-Contact Hall Sensor provides accurate position measurement and the electronically adjustable rotation up to 2520° offers a wide range of control. The collector ring system provides cable-free power and data transfer between the steering wheel and the steering rack, allowing large turning angles without mechanical constraints. The device is fully compatible with the Fanatec ecosystem and can be easily and firmly mounted thanks to the T-nut on the sides and bottom.
Actual torque
Many mass-market direct-drive systems fail to maintain their stated torque ratings and gradually reduce engine power to prevent overheating. The efficient engine and thermally optimised ClubSport DD layout maintains a true 12 Nm of torque even in the most extreme conditions, such as endurance racing with maximum force feedback settings.

Fullforce: FORCE FEEDBACK 2.0 for direct drive
The existing force feedback protocol was designed for gear and belt driven devices - the only hardware available at the time. FullForce is a new force feedback protocol specifically designed for FANATEC Direct Drive. FullForce utilizes the instant response and zero backlash of direct drive technology and generates high frequency vibrations for a new level of immersive effects. Precise response
The class-leading overrun speed combined with a powerful processor makes every engine response incredibly fast and dynamic, yet perfectly stable. This behavior is suitable for both traditional force feedback signals and enhanced FullForce signals (in supported games).
QR2. QR2.
ClubSport DD was designed from the ground up with the QR2 in mind. The QR electronic module is now fully integrated into the shaft, which significantly increases its strength. Gauge optimized for QR2 from the ground up. Electronic module integrated with the shaft. Cast aluminium with CNC machined finish. A quick release system derived from motorsport. Designed for Windows PC, can be used on Xbox with Xbox licensed steering wheel.
Strongest engine shaft
The aluminium shaft inside the engine is the strongest we've ever made. The location of the electronics of the collection ring allows the production of a shaft with a greater wall thickness. The bearing seat is also made entirely of aluminum, which ensures strong radial loading, rotational accuracy and better shielding against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and electrostatic disturbance (ESD).

The ClubSport DD wheelbase is compatible with:
All Fanatec steering wheels (with QR2), all Fanatec pedals (adapter cables may be required for pedals without RJ12 connector), ClubSport gear lever (all versions), ClubSport handbrake, all Fanatec cockpits, ClubSport DD table clamp, ClubSport V2 table clamp, Mounting bracket for stage (wheelbase ClubSport DD includes M6 T-nuts for side mounting; mounting brackets for the stage require the use of M6 screws and washers)
Platforms
PC: This wheelbase is PC compatible in combination with the Fanatec steering wheel. Please refer to the individual Volant product pages for wheelbase compatibility.
Xbox: This wheel is compatible with Xbox One® and Xbox Series X|S when used with any Fanatec licensed Xbox wheel.
PlayStation:This product is not compatible with any PlayStation® console and cannot be upgraded to achieve compatibility.
Note:
ClubSport Static shift levers are not supported.
