Clothes Steamers

As the name suggest, steam irons produce steam, which makes the ironing process easier and faster. When selecting a steam iron, the most important parameters include power consumption, steam power and the material of the soleplate.

  • the more power, the more efficient the iron

Steam power

  • indicates the steam ouptut
  • typically ranges between 0-40 g / min

Soleplate material

  • effects how resistant an iron is to scratching
  • durable materials: ceramics, sapphire
  • less-durable materials: stainless steel, aluminium

Steam burst

  • offers individual bursts of high-pressure steam
  • 200 g / min and more

Additional functions

  • Anti Drip / Drip Stop - prevents water dripping from the iron
  • Vertical steam - allows ironing in an upright position
  • Rapid warming
  • Automatic shutdown
  • Anticalc / Calc clean - used for descaling irons
