The Alza for Business programme offers a range of benefits for small and large businesses alike. One of these is deferred payment, which allows you to pay for your orders after the goods have been delivered. This benefit streamlines the purchasing process and helps you save time and resources. Find out how this tool can benefit your business and how easy it is to use.
If you are a business customer who meets the following requirements, you can use deferred payment for your purchases. This allows you to pay for your orders within up to 60 days, making it an excellent solution for businesses looking for more efficient ways to finance their purchases. The limit for this payment method depends on your company's transaction history and typically starts at CZK 50,000.
To qualify for deferred payment, you must be a business customer registered with the Alza for Business programme. This benefit is not available to newly established businesses, so you must have an existing transaction history with us – at least three paid orders in the last 12 months. Once you meet these requirements, your application will undergo an internal assessment. If approved, deferred payment will be activated directly on your account.

If your application is approved, you will see this payment option in the basket when placing an order on www.alza.cz, listed as the payment method “bank transfer”.
We offer two ways to pay by invoice. The first is by bank transfer, under which the goods are dispatched immediately. The second option, which is a written order is intended for cases where you want to reserve goods on Alza and confirm the order yourself once it has been approved within your organisation. You can also add your internal order number from your own system if you need it to appear on the invoice.
When ordering on invoice using a written order, you may also appreciate another recent improvement. You will now find a “Confirm order” button on the order details page. Clicking it immediately starts the dispatch process. You no longer need to send confirmation by e-mail as you did previously, saving you time and effort.
