Traditional handmade
In order to achieve the highest quality, handwork is used - the blade is hand-jointed, polished and sharpened to give the damascus pattern the right depth and the blade the optimal profile. This process allows each piece of KOHERSEN Chef's Elegance knife to have a unique character and high functionality at the same time. All this process underlines the aesthetic value and performance of the blade, especially for demanding chefs and cooking enthusiasts.
Elegant ebony wood
The handle of the Chef's Elegance Vegetable Knife is made of African ebony wood, which is ergonomically shaped and firmly connected to the blade with one piece of the knife (full tang) and rivets to ensure stability. Ebony wood adds elegance, thermal insulation and natural strength that blends well with the powerful damascus blade in a contrast of beautiful design and technical quality.
