The frying pan is made of high-quality cast aluminium, which guarantees its durability, and its non-stick surface effortlessly handles any dish without burning. The stainless steel handle fits perfectly in your hand, giving you confidence during handling. It is attached to the body of the pan with 2 metal rivets. The thick base distributes heat evenly, but is also designed to heat up quickly. Excellent cooking results are ensured by the pan's well-thought-out multi-layered construction. The base is a highly conductive aluminium core, which ensures even heat distribution across the entire surface of the pan. The heart of the pan is its durable inner surface with a granite effect, which is exceptionally resistant to abrasion, prevents sticking even at higher temperatures, and allows for healthy cooking with a minimum of fat. The outside of the pan is protected by an elegant sprayed coating, while the bottom is sealed with a thick induction base, making the pan fully compatible with all hob types. The GRANIT pan contains no plastic parts, so you can also use it in the oven to finish off dishes. When used in the oven, it is heat-resistant up to 230°C.
