LEDLENSER P5R CORE is an ultra compact USB rechargeable flashlight with intuitive control via a switch in the end section. Thanks to the innovative FLEX SEALING TECHNOLOGY, the flashlight is IP68 resistant, so it is completely dustproof, drop-proof and waterproof. The flashlight offers eight light functions and four lighting modes with 50, 350, 130 and 15 lumens and a range of up to 250 meters. The illumination time ranges from 1 to 25 hours depending on the mode selected. It features a powerful High Power LED and a built-in 750 mAh rechargeable battery. The flashlight is equipped with a transport lock, battery indicator, Flicker Free technology to prevent flickering of light, memory function and Emergency Light back-up light technology, which switches the flashlight to power saving mode when the battery is 25% low for the longest possible life. Smart technology
The Advanced Focus System is a unique technology created by combining a lens and a reflector. The result is a reflector lens that allows the focusing of a beam of light with a smooth transition from a wide homogeneous circle of light to a sharp beam and vice versa. Focusing is done by simply moving the flashlight head forward (focus) or backward (defocus). LEDLENSER flashlights thus use the principle of light refraction. Conventional flashlights only reflect light from reflective surfaces inside the head of the flashlight. The Temperature Control System protects the Ledlenser P5R Core against overheating, and the advanced Flicker Free technology prevents unwanted flickering of light and unwanted stroboscopic effects (which are noticeable, for example, when taking pictures of the flashlight with a camera or camera).
Gold plated contacts
Gold is a very special material and an excellent electrical conductor and is extremely durable. Its durability lies in its ability to not be subject to corrosion and a high degree of chemical resistance. It is estimated that approximately 70% of flashlight failures can be attributed to corrosive damage caused by acid or battery gas. That is why the LEDLENSER has gold-plated contacts. Thanks to this expensive measure, the flashlight will last for decades.

Light flux
It is specified in Lumens (lm) and the higher the value, the more intensely the headlamp shines. Some LED headlamps offer multiple levels of light intensity, adjustable either in steps or continuously. However, the higher luminous flux shortens the endurance.Up to 100 lm - headlamp for home use (lighting in the basement, in the attic, when repairing the car).
100 - 400 lm - outdoor use (night running, cycling, camping).
Above 400 lm - extreme occupations and sports (rescue workers, climbers).
