Jukl Podběl flower
A traditional herb used mainly to promote normal respiratory function and overall support of the body. Tussilago farfara is mainly known for its effects on the respiratory tract. The leaves of the underbelly contain mucilage, flavonoids and tannins, which contribute to the normal function of the respiratory tract, promote soothing of irritated mucous membranes and help to keep them clean. Elderberry is often included in herbal blends designed to support the overall respiratory system and vitality.
