Use:
For inhalation, add 2 to 8 drops to an aroma lamp or diffuser, depending on the size of the room and the desired intensity of the scent. For massage, mix the essential blend with 50ml of vegetable oil, with the recommended concentration ranging from 0.5% (approximately 4 drops) to 3% (24 drops). For an aromatic bath, mix 3 to 10 drops in a carrier base, such as 1dl of milk, a spoonful of honey, or vegetable oil, and add to a full bath.
