nJoy Horus Plus 1500

nJoy Horus Plus 1500
The nJoy Horus Plus 1500 UPS uses line-interactive topology for power protection. It provides an apparent power of 1500VA and a real power of 900W, meeting the demands of workstations and small office electronics. The integrated automatic voltage regulation (AVR) with Boost and Buck functions actively stabilises fluctuating input voltage in the 170–280V range without switching to the battery. This protects both the connected devices and the backup battery itself from unnecessary wear. The interactive touchscreen LCD clearly displays all operating statuses. At a half load of 450W, this line-interactive UPS provides power for 7.5 minutes.
Key features of the nJoy Horus Plus 1500 UPS
- Line-interactive technology with automatic voltage regulation (AVR)
- LCD touchscreen displays operating information
- Auto-restart function after mains power is restored
- Cold start function allows start-up from the battery without mains power
- ViewPower software for monitoring and automatic shutdown management
- Integrated data and telephone line protection (RJ-45/RJ-11)
Performance and battery system
The UPS operates with line-interactive topology, which is complemented by automatic voltage regulation (AVR). This technology continuously monitors the input voltage and corrects deviations using Boost (increase) and Buck (decrease) functions. This maintains a stable 230V output voltage without needing to switch to battery power. The efficiency of the unit at full load is 95%, increasing to 97% at half load. The real power of 900W and apparent power of 1500VA cover the demands of standard computer setups. The unit contains two internal GP09122L batteries. Recharging them to 90% of their capacity takes approximately 4 to 6 hours. The cold start feature adds operational flexibility, allowing the UPS to start directly from the batteries even without mains power. When power is restored, the auto-restart function automatically turns the unit back on and begins recharging. At 50% load, the backup time is 7.5 minutes, which allows you to save your work and safely shut down systems.
Management and connectivity options
The touchscreen LCD clearly displays information about the UPS status and load, cycling through the data. Its Tower design, with dimensions of 320×130×182mm and an operating noise level below 40dB, is suitable for office environments. Four Schuko output sockets are available for connecting appliances. All four provide both battery backup and protection against voltage spikes. In addition to the power outputs, the unit also includes RJ-45 and RJ-11 ports for data and telephone network protection. The integrated protection circuit shields electronics from overvoltage, undervoltage, and overload, and also protects the batteries from deep discharge or overcharging. This comprehensive protection extends the lifespan of connected devices. For easy management and monitoring, the UPS uses a USB communication interface. After connecting to a computer, you can use the ViewPower software, which monitors the UPS status in real time and configures an automatic safe shutdown of the operating system during a prolonged power outage.
