nJoy Horus Plus 800

nJoy Horus Plus 800
The nJoy Horus Plus 800 UPS with line-interactive topology offers an effective solution for protecting sensitive electronics. This line-interactive UPS provides a real power of 480W and an apparent power of 800VA with a simulated sine wave output. The integrated 800VA backup battery powers connected devices for 4 minutes at half load. The UPS actively uses automatic voltage regulation (AVR) and clearly displays operating information on its touch LCD. The Cold Start function allows it to start even without a mains power supply, and the unit automatically restarts when power is restored. It uses a USB interface and ViewPower software for management. It operates very quietly, with noise levels not exceeding 40dB.
Key features of the nJoy Horus Plus 800 UPS
- Line-interactive technology with automatic voltage regulation (AVR) stabilises voltage
- Touch LCD displays operating information
- Auto-Restart function automatically resumes operation after a power outage
- Cold start allows the device to be started from the battery without a mains connection
- ViewPower software for management and monitoring
- Telephone line protection via RJ-11 ports
- Quiet operation
- Compact vertical Tower design
Power, topology, battery and protection
The UPS operates with line-interactive (VI) topology. It provides an apparent power of 800VA and a real power of 480W. The efficiency at full load is 95%, rising to 97% at half load. The built-in automatic voltage regulation (AVR) stabilises mains fluctuations without switching to the battery. The backup time at 100% load is 1 minute; at 50% load, it powers devices for 4 minutes. Inside the unit is a single internal GP09122L battery. It takes 4 to 6 hours to charge to 90% capacity. The Cold Start function is used to start the UPS directly from the battery without needing a connection to the mains. The UPS includes comprehensive protection against common mains problems and protects connected electronics. Its protective features include overvoltage and undervoltage protection, overload protection, deep discharge and overcharge protection.
Management, software and connectivity
A USB communication interface connects the UPS to a computer. The included ViewPower software provides detailed monitoring and lets you set up automatic actions, such as a safe system shutdown during a prolonged power outage. The integrated touch LCD clearly displays all important operating data. In normal mode, the noise level does not exceed 40dB. You can plug the UPS into a standard 230V socket, and it works with a wide input voltage range of 170–280VAC with automatic 50/60Hz frequency detection. It offers two backed-up Schuko output sockets to power your appliances. It also features telephone or data line protection via RJ-11 connectors.
