Preserving Pots

The pre-boiling of food is a heat treatment, in which the food is preserved by the influence of high temperature. The product is protected against microorganisms and has a long shelf life. A great helper is the pre-cooked pot, with it preserving can be easy and convenient. Treat yourself with pickles, jam, plums, compote and other treats thanks to the pickling pot. It will take mushrooms, meat or ready-made pastries and preserve them. The pre-cooked pot also serves hot drinks, soups or goulash.

The bigger the pot, the more jars you can make. A large pre-boiled pot with a capacity of 29 litres can make up to 14 jars of 720ml volume, another choice is a single-pot with a capacity of 27 litres. The typical pickling pot is equipped with a temperature control, as well as a sound signal when the selected temperature is reached. Another practical component is the timer. The drain tap transforms your pre-cooked pot into a practical assistant at parties and celebrations. With the function of continuous operation, it always keeps tea or mulled wine hot.
