Use:
After cleansing the skin, apply an appropriate amount of PURITO Oat PDRN Gentle Refining Toner on a cotton pad or in the palms of your hands. Gently spread over the face and pat in for better absorption. For intense hydration, moisten a cotton pad with toner and apply to dry or irritated areas for 5-10 minutes.
