After more than 3 months still no effect. Kuna continues to walk happily into the engine compartment and cup the hoses. I've even changed the position so that it's right next to the engine cover, where the marten always sleeps according to the clues, but apparently likes to sacrifice a bit of noise for engine heat. The workmanship is also tragic. The possibility of attachment in the car is lousy (I won't really drill into the car for attachment). Putting the battery on a piece of double-sided tape is a joke too, and the water resistance is almost nonexistent - no seals anywhere, and the switch has zero water resistance. I would have waved my hand over the trivial workmanship, but unfortunately it does not repel martens, so it is completely useless. I am considering a complaint because the product does not match the description in many parameters (functionality and resistance to dust and water)

Just when inserting the battery (not included) I was surprised that the cover has no protection against moisture and that the battery inside does not even have a fixed position. Simply just the adhesive face (which after a few replacements is guaranteed not to stick) and the flashlight can rattle there happily while driving. What bothers me the most is that the manufacturer did not try to help invent some better possibility of attachment to the engine compartment. I, like many other users, have to glue the box firmly with double-sided tape. Ok. But battery replacement min. Once a year, it will mean tearing off the cap, unscrewing the screws on the back and gluing the cap back on. My son could have thought of this better. Simply at the minimum contact with the product I have the feeling that it is strongly ill-conceived, so it is difficult to believe that the main functional side will be better. I'll give it a chance, time will tell, but I probably wouldn't buy it again.
