Can't turn off the display and can't use STBY mode. So even at rest, it drains the battery in about 18 hours and then everything shuts down, without recharging the corpse
Apparently, the significant consumption even at rest, as I write above, led the manufacturer to install a HW switch, which in turn causes a total reset. Every time you turn it on, the box goes into a sort of basic mode and everything is "back on the tree". The radio must be completely tuned and the desired station set, also set the clock and calendar, alarm clock, set the desired mode. Grossly obnoxious.
There is no choice but to keep the box permanently on a USB charger at home, which is also not very comfortable.
So it works even as the manufacturer consistently touts, but for the money.
