But ANC really works well. The app you can download for the headphones has some features, but the overall impression is cluttered and not entirely user-friendly. My friend chose an alternative half the price, she is much happier and more impressed, and there one is able to forgive less than ideal ANC and minor variations in sound, but you can fine-tune these directly in the phone settings. We returned the headphones and unfortunately despite the hype around them and the reviews I personally cannot recommend them.
