Megrendeltem és nem tudta a 4k 60Hz-et. Visszavittem. Kaptam egy másikat, ami ugyan úgy nem tudta a 4k 60Hz-et. Kiderült, hogy nem tudják megkülönböztetni, mert a 60Hz-es és a 30Hz-es verziónak ugyan az a termékkódja. Elég félrevezető, mert a termék leírásában 4k 60Hz szerepel. Így elvárnám, hogy ne hasraütésre küldjenek ki egyet, de mivel azonos a termékkód. Szóval, hiába küldöd vissza, hogy ez nem tudja azt, ami a weboldalon fel van tűntetve. Kiküldenek egy ugyanolyat, vagy ha szerencséd van, akkor kapsz egyet, ami 4k 60Hz, de ha nincs szerencséd, akkor az idők végezetéig küldöd vissza. Még én szaladgáltam össze vissza.. álltam sorban órákat a reklamáción (segítőkészek voltak), mert nem tudják azt a terméket kiküldeni, amit rendeltem. Szóval a kérdés kedves ALZA: Meg tudnátok különböztetni a két terméket egymástól, külön kóddal? Mert, ha egy Sportkocsit rendelek, akkor nem szeretnék egy trabantot kapni.
