Construction and materials for performance and comfort
The upper of the Shimano SH-XC102 shoes is made of synthetic leather, with perforations that ensure breathability during spring, summer and autumn rides. The low-profile construction wraps around the foot. The foundation for efficient pedalling is the glass fibre-reinforced sole, which is set into a nylon outsole. This combination provides the rigidity needed for power transfer to the pedals. The midsole contains recycled material and the rubber tread on the outsole provides good traction when walking off-road.
