Reliable mechanical thermostat
The Siguro SGR-HB-C150B Dual built-in ceramic hob is equipped with a mechanical thermostat. Unlike commonly used electronic thermostats, it does not rely on a temperature sensor, which is more prone to damage. The mechanical thermostat works on the principle of expansion, automatically switching off when the temperature exceeds 570°C and turning back on after cooling down. This eliminates the risk of overheating and gives it an incomparably longer lifespan than an electronic thermostat.
