Made from Tritan
The bottle is made of Tritan, a unique plastic material whose properties resemble glass, but it still retains the advantages of plastic. Tritan does not absorb any odours, it does not stain (it won't turn yellow), it's very flexible and durable, it can be washed in a dishwasher (max. 70°C), and it is UV-resistant, ensuring a longer life for your homemade drinks. In addition, it does not contain BPA or other harmful substances.
Bottle Expiry Date
The bottle's material must withstand the pressure of food-grade CO₂ from the gas cylinder repeatedly over several years of use in a home sparkling water maker. As a result, the material from which the bottle is made wears out and ages. Each bottle, therefore, has an expiry date, which is printed directly on it. Do not use the bottle in the machine after this date and replace it with a new one that will serve you reliably for several more years. A bottle that has been taken out of use with the machine can still be safely used as a regular water bottle.
Warning:
When using it in a SodaStream sparkling water maker, never use a bottle that is damaged, deformed, or has passed the expiry date printed on it.
