AUTHOR Cosmic 20 2026 10" Silver/Pink

The Author Cosmic 20 kids' bike is designed for children who want to enjoy riding and discover the world on two wheels. Thanks to its adapted kids' geometry and 20-inch wheels, it's suitable for riders between 115 and 135 cm tall. The lightweight aluminium frame makes it easy to control and get going, which is key for building confidence. The total weight of the bike is just 8.6kg, allowing children to handle it with ease. The bike is intended for recreational rides, trips to see friends, and the first longer family outings.

Lightweight Construction and Easy Handling

The foundation of the bike is a lightweight aluminium frame with geometry adapted for children, which promotes a natural posture and gives young cyclists confidence while riding. Gear changes are handled by the Shimano Tourney RD-TY200 derailleur with a Shimano Revoshift twist shifter, which offers 6 speeds and is intuitive for children to operate. Safe stopping is ensured by Tektro V-Brake caliper brakes. The aluminium rims and handlebars also contribute to the low overall weight. The rigid hi-ten steel fork is durable and requires no maintenance.
