The Mikasa V200W is a volleyball with a balanced aerodynamic shape ideal for club competitions - which is why it has been chosen as the official playing volleyball of all FIVB matches, including the Olympic Games from 2019/2020. It stands out especially for its four-layer composition. It is made up of a double-layer airline with a highly elastic behaviour and resistance to extreme conditions, a natural rubber wrap, a special sponge-like layer and a synthetic leather that is much thinner and brings perfect handling during play. The surface of the ball has visible small dimples to ensure a better grip and reduce the speed of its flight. This makes it more maneuverable, more precise and contributes to longer exchanges. In addition to the dimples on the surface, it also has micro dimples, which in turn allow perfect moisture removal from the surface of the ball.
