NATU banana flour is made from green bananas grown in Sri Lanka. These are chopped, dried and ground into a powder to make flour. It is ideal for baking sweet desserts, bread, thickening soups and sauces.
With a neutral taste
NATU banana flour offers a light green colour and a neutral mild taste with nutty notes. You can use it as an alternative to classic white flour and since it is gluten-free, it can also be used for cooking and baking by celiacs. In 100 g it contains 4.3 g of protein and 15.5 g of fibre. Due to its high starch content, you only need to add a smaller amount. It is also of organic quality.
