The Petzl Scorpio Vertigo energy absorber is a compact and lightweight model designed for via ferrata climbing. Two elasticated lanyards extend from 68 to 106cm as required, facilitating progression and adapting to users of different heights. VERTIGO WIRE-LOCK carabiners provide a secure grip and feature a wide gate opening for quick clipping and unclipping from the safety cable. Additionally, the Keylock system prevents the carabiners from snagging during handling. You can connect a resting carabiner (not included) to the third, 22cm-long lanyard. The energy absorber is designed for users weighing 40–120kg and weighs 365g. It is made of high-modulus polyethylene, polyester and aluminium. It complies with the CE EN 958 standard and UIAA certification. The package includes a transport pouch made from 100% recycled polyester.
