The Tunturi Cardio Fit M30 mini bike is the ideal choice for those who prefer light rehabilitation exercises in the comfort of their own home, whether recovering from surgery or injury, or for older users. Thanks to its compact size, it saves space and is easy to handle. You can use it while sitting down, perhaps in the living room while watching television or reading your favourite book. This versatile exercise trainer is designed for exercising both your legs and your arms. The pedalling difficulty is manually adjustable and allows for both forward and backward pedalling. It is equipped with a clear LCD display which shows the time, distance travelled, calories burned, heart rate, ODO value, and also offers a SCAN mode to cycle through the data. Power is supplied by two AAA batteries. The pedals can also be used for strengthening your arms and are fitted with adjustable straps for a secure and comfortable grip.
