With this blue ink, I printed 4 black and white pages of a plain document and the printer asked to replace the blue ink. This means that the ink content was nulanulanic.
Through www alza, I claimed the ink and I wanted to replace the empty cartridge with the original one, with the understanding that I would pay the difference. 14 days passed and no one even bothered to help me.
