Considering the low price, the vacuum cleaner (Electrolux Ease C4 model) seems to me quite well made. Unlike some other cheap bagless vacuum cleaners, it has a double cyclone (the air after exiting the first centrifugation in the container rotates again in the inner tube) and triple air filtration (there is a washing sponge and a folded filter in the container and another folded filter at the air outlet of the vacuum cleaner).
Overall, it looks fairly well made

The hoses, rods and attachments are just slipped on top of each other, they are not secured with latches
Compared to a bagged vacuum cleaner, it is less portable
