A pacifier belt is good if your baby won't move around much. It's quite rigid, so flexibility of movement is not great, it tends to stay in the same place. Moreover, the part that fits on the pacifier without the loop is quite tight, so you get quite worked up. Otherwise very nice belt, we use it more as a teether.
