There is a deviation of approx. 0.5 ° C (approx. 0.4 mm on the scale) on two identical purchased thermometers.
Calibration is permanent by gluing a glass column to a plastic body with a scale.
Measuring range 80 ° C (from -30 ° C to + 50 ° C)
Overall OK.
Harmless alcohol refill with some red dye.
Resolution spacing 0.7mm / 1 ° C
I have to be close enough for a more accurate reading
There is no protective grille at the rear. The lower part of the glass column is not protected during transport. (Although it must remain free for better heat transfer)
Inability to easily calibrate (e. g. fine thread screw)
