Magnesium of exclusive German production
- Chelmet weave with excellent usability. Magnesium bisglycinate is one of the most absorbable forms of magnesium due to the unique binding of magnesium to 2 glycine molecules. It is this chelate bond that allows for faster absorption and at the same time protects the element from the action of antinutrients that can negatively affect magnesium bioavailability.
- Pure magnesium in chelate bond. The most absorbable type of magnesium on the market. Chelated bisglycinate can only hold 10-14% of pure magnesium. This means that the higher percentage of magnesium must be the result of the addition of other, less easily absorbed forms.
- Higher absorption compared to inorganic forms. Magnesium salts and other inorganic forms such as hydrates and mineral forms do not have nearly as good absorption by the human body as pure Magnesium Bisglycinate.

Recommended dosage
Take 3 capsules daily. Always take the capsules with plenty of fluids, ideally water. Don't chew the capsules, swallow them whole. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Taking magnesium bisglycinate is suitable for physically active individuals who have an increased need for magnesium intake. It is suitable for use with meals or in the evening, as glycine has a calming and relaxing effect. It can be combined with the use of Magnesium Malate, but in this case it is advisable to choose half the dosage so that the total magnesium intake is not too high.
