Vilgain Stress Relief
St. John's wort contributes to mental balance and normal mood. Lemon balm contributes to relaxation and sleep quality. Ashwahandha contributes to mental well-being and relaxation and rhodiola rosea contributes to emotional comfort. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal energy metabolism, normal mental activity and helps to reduce the level of fatigue and exhaustion Vitamin B12 has the same benefits as vitamin B6, but is often deficient in diets limited to animal products, i.e. vegan and vegetarian.
