Pénteken megvásároltam Önöknél a Virtuos CCD HT-10 USB vonalkódolvasót, kollégájuktól megkérdeztem, hogy kell-e egyéb eszköz hozzá, azt mondta, hogy csak csatlakoztatni kell a laptophoz és működni fog. Nem működik, nem tudom beállítani, az útmutató cseh nyelven van, sajnos én nem értem. Kérem szíves segítségüket.
