The Xerox C305 multifunction colour laser printer offers four functions in one (print, copy, fax, and scan), making it ideal for home offices and small to medium-sized businesses. It features automatic double-sided printing (2400×600DPI) at speeds of up to 30 pages per minute. Wireless Wi-Fi connectivity with Apple AirPrint, Mopria, and Wi-Fi Direct lets you print directly from mobile devices, laptops, tablets, and more. The Xerox C305 is a powerful, reliable, and user-friendly laser printer which, thanks to its compact size, is ideal for smaller offices and workspaces. High print speeds of up to 30 pages per minute (both in colour and mono) help workgroups tackle their daily tasks and boost efficiency. The printer fully supports corporate touch-screen workflow apps and offers direct network integration via the screen. Double-sided printing is available at resolutions of up to 2400×600DPI, ensuring sharp, professional-quality output in vibrant colours.
Xerox C305 printer offers four-in-one functionality
In addition to wired and wireless printing, the Xerox C305 handles copying, faxing, and scanning. Set the maximum resolution to 600×600dpi for both colour and monochrome originals, with direct scanning to PC, network folders, USB flash drives, or FTP servers. Scan documents directly from the flatbed glass or use the Duplex Automatic Document Feeder (DADF) on top of the printer, which holds up to 50 sheets of paper. The printer scans in colour at 20 pages per minute and in black and white at up to 46 A4 pages per minute. You will also appreciate the built-in fax with auto-answer and auto-dial functions.
Easy control with Wi-Fi connectivity
A large 4.3-inch tablet-like touchscreen located in the top left corner makes printer setup and maintenance easy. You can also use the Xerox Workflow Central cloud platform to automate and simplify document tasks, or the Xerox Easy Assist app to control the printer directly from your mobile phone – including monitoring toner levels, troubleshooting errors, or sending print and scan requests. Wireless Wi-Fi connectivity with support for Apple AirPrint, Mopria, and Wi-Fi Direct lets you print directly from laptops, tablets, and other mobile devices.

The Xerox C305 printer is made from over 50% recycled plastics and meets Energy Star and EPEAT energy efficiency standards. Built-in power-saving modes reduce electricity consumption to a minimum, ensuring energy-efficient and eco-friendly operation. Xerox also offers its own recycling programme for collecting and environmentally friendly disposal of toners, cartridges, and other consumables.
