Coffee Zlaté Zrnko - Brazil is a selected blend of Brazilian coffees with a delicate pleasant sweet taste. Good viscosity and sweet aromatic scents of cocoa, almond and hazelnut that develop into different hints of ripe fruit. The lingering aftertaste reveals the taste of malt and vanilla.

Farmers are paid more than is normal through Fairtrade for such exceptional quality.

Preparation
Every coffee is best enjoyed when ground properly. Brazil coffee requires a medium-fine grind, on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being the finest, 10 the coarsest) roughly grades 3-4, depending on the type of grinder and its wear. In espresso machines, we recommend setting the grinder to the finest grind and only use a coarser grind if the coffee flows slowly. Each bean is best enjoyed if the beans are freshly roasted - best 2 weeks to 2 months after roasting (depending on the storage of raw and roasted coffee, even roasted coffee can retain freshness for several months if stored in a vacuum from the farm to the roastery and properly packaged after roasting).
