A baby bike seat is an essential accessory for all cyclists with small children. Bike seats are suitable for children 9 months and up, i.e. ever since the child is capable of sitting by himself. The bike seat weight capacity tends to be around 22 kg, which is enough for children roughly up to 4 years of age. This lets you take your kids on cycling trips from a very early age. Safety and comfort
A front-mounted self-supporting baby seat is attached to the steering tube, so you don’t have to own a rear rack. Some sports seats are fitted with closed adjustable footrests, which protect the baby’s legs from the wheel spokes.
