Samsung is raising its bar even higher with a special technology called UHD Dimming. For this reason, this video technology divides the screen into multiple parts, and then calculates the exact contrast, colour rendering, and level of detail needed for individual parts to make the resulting image absolutely perfect.
Experience more accurate and faithful colours
Samsung has developed PurColor technology to display more faithful and realistic colours on UHD TVs. The UHD TV has 8 million pixels (four times the amount compared to Full HD panels), so you need to increase the colour resolution to get a more detailed picture. PurColor increases the number of shades by more than 7x, making the picture more realistic than ever before.
