The lightweight HECHT inverter welder is suitable for work around the house or in workshops. To make work even easier, the inverter is equipped with Auto Hot-start for easier arc ignition and Anti-stick to reduce the risk of electrode sticking. With a comfortable handle and a weight of only 3.4 kg, the welder is easy to carry anywhere. Using the potentiometer it is possible to set the welding current from 20 to 140 A. The welder is equipped with fault and overheating indicators, protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overheating and automatic compensation against fluctuations in mains voltage. The set welding current must be limited to the maximum load of the mains or extension cables to which the device is connected. It is therefore necessary to set the welding current so that the power input of the device does not exceed the value of the circuit breaker of the electrical distribution system and at the same time does not exceed the maximum permitted values of all components of the network to which the device is connected. The welding machine includes a cable with a grounding clamp and a cable with an electrode holder. The welding shield is not included in the delivery, it must be purchased separately.
