Vitamin C Nutra-C™ (Calcium L-ascorbate, Magnesium L-ascorbate, L-threonate of calcium), thickener (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate, talc, calcium phosphate), dye (calcium carbonate), zinc (zinc gluconate), carrier (modified starch, sugar, medium-chain triglycerides), antioxidant (mixture of tocopherols), selenium (selenium-enriched yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
Recommended dosage
Adults take 1 capsule preferably in the morning before meals, with plenty of water. It can also be taken during the day with a smaller portion of food or after a meal.
