Dietary supplement for women during pregnancy planning based on myo-inositol and folic acid. The daily dose (1 capsule) contains 400 μg of the active form of folic acid (calcium L-methylfolate). Folic acid is a B vitamin (vitamin B9) whose increased intake is especially important before a planned pregnancy and in the first weeks of pregnancy. In the body, it is converted into a biologically active substance - called. folate. Folate contributes to the growth of germ tissues during pregnancy and plays an important role in the process of cell division. Supplementation increases folate levels in pregnant women. Low folate levels in pregnant women are a risk factor for neural tube defects in the developing fetus. In addition to folic acid, the daily dose contains 250 mg of myo-inositol, which occurs naturally in the human body. It is part of cell membranes and is involved in many biochemical reactions in the body.

Who is the dietary supplement suitable for?
The target population is women of reproductive age and a beneficial effect is achieved with a supplemental daily intake of 400 μg folic acid from at least one month before conception and up to three months after conception.

Recommended dosage
