Kedves Alza, vásároltam Önöktől egy ilyen terméket. A termék kíválóan működik. Kaptunk a termékhez egy szénszűrőt, amelyet a kezelési leírás szerint félévente kellene cserélni. Azonban sajnos nem találok a szénszűrőhöz semmilyen számot se, ami alapján be lehetne azonosítani, hogy mit is kell majd rendelni. Látom, hogy önöknél már lehet vásárolni ehhez a márkához, de más termékhez tartozó szénszűrőt. Tudnának esetleg segítteni abban, hogy melyik lesz a Concept OV2016-os modelhez passzoló termék. Segítséget előre is köszönöm.

Nem tudom kosárba rakni a terméket. Mikor megnyomom a "Kosárba" gombot " Hiba történt. Már dolgozunk a megoldáson. Ez egy pár pillanatig eltarthat." hibaüzenetet kapok. Tudnának segíteni?
