CyberPower Professional SmartApp OnLine S 3000VA/2700 W,2U

CyberPower Professional SmartApp OnLine S 3000VA/2700 W,2U
The CyberPower Professional Smart UPS with on-line double-conversion topology provides a stable power supply for critical network devices, servers, and data storage. This UPS offers an apparent power of 3000VA and a real power of 2700W, generating a pure sine wave at the output. At full load, it supplies power for 4.2 minutes, and at half load, it extends operation to 9.9 minutes. The 2U rack-mount design makes it easy to integrate into standard server cabinets and saves space in the rack. The device operates at a nominal input voltage of 230V with a tolerance of +/- 10% and automatic mains frequency detection.
Key features of the CyberPower Professional SmartApp OnLine S 3000VA/2700W,2U UPS
- On-line double-conversion topology provides zero switchover time to battery operation
- Pure sine wave output is suitable for powering sensitive servers and network components
- Option to expand capacity by connecting up to three external battery modules
- Colour rotating LCD panel offers an instant overview of the power status and easy setup
- Intelligent battery management extends the overall life of the batteries
- Support for PowerPanel Business software for safe, automatic system shutdown
- Emergency Power Off port for immediate remote disconnection in a crisis
- Variable fan speed adjusts cooling according to the current load
Online double-conversion topology
The device uses advanced online double-conversion technology, which completely isolates the output voltage from input fluctuations. This system continuously generates a pure sine wave output without any interruption when switching to battery power. The zero transfer time protects sensitive servers from unexpected outages and mains fluctuations. The operating modes are complemented by an energy-saving ECO Mode to increase overall efficiency.
Batteries and backup time
The internal battery system operates at a total voltage of 72V and consists of six cells in one block. During standard operation, a typical full charge takes approximately 4 hours. Hot-swapping the batteries saves time during regular maintenance performed by qualified personnel. Users can also use the cold start function to start connected devices without mains power.
Intelligent battery management
Smart Battery Management technology actively extends battery life through precisely controlled charging cycles. For long power outages, up to 3 compatible external battery modules can be connected to the unit. Automatic detection of additional battery modules immediately adjusts the remaining runtime display on the screen. The system thus provides accurate, real-time information about the power status.
Electrical protection and construction
The integrated surge filter absorbs energy up to 388J. The protection circuits include internal current limiting, a circuit breaker, and a fuse for overload protection. Effective filtering of electromagnetic and radio frequency interference stabilises the power supply to connected computer equipment. Safety features also include dedicated RJ-45/RJ-11 data and phone line protection. The chassis, measuring 88×438×610mm and weighing 27.2kg, can be installed in a 2U rack or placed vertically on the floor. Fans with automatic speed control ensure reliable operation at temperatures from 0 to 40°C. The noise level at a distance of 1.5m does not exceed 45dBA.
Communication interfaces
The rear panel includes a USB communication interface compatible with HID technology and an RS-232 serial port. An optional slot for an SNMP/HTTP network card is available for advanced remote management. The Emergency Power Off (EPO) port is used for immediate remote disconnection of power in crisis situations. Integration into existing monitoring systems is very simple thanks to these interfaces.
PowerPanel Business monitoring software
The recommended PowerPanel Business software provides a clear interface for monitoring consumption and configuring parameters. The program lets you set up schedules for the automatic, safe shutdown of servers and network storage. The colour LCD panel on the front displays operating states, load level, and battery capacity. The display is also rotatable for easier reading in both horizontal and vertical positions.
Connectivity and sockets
Power is supplied via an IEC C20 input connector. The 1.5m power cable is terminated with a Schuko plug. There are eight IEC C13 output sockets and two IEC C19 output sockets that provide surge protection. The sockets are divided into six critical and four non-critical, which enables the disconnection of less important loads. One input and one output combo RJ11/RJ45 connector are used for data line protection.
