If you want to serve hot drinks, you'll appreciate that it has an adjustable thermostat. The package includes a plastic grate that can be placed under the jars and a plastic lid. The body of the pressure cooker features a blue backlit LCD display and two rotary dials for setting the temperature and timer. The temperature of the pressure cooker can be selected between 30 °C and 100 °C. In this way, the temperature you select is automatically maintained by the cooker to within 1 °C.
