The FireAngel SB5 is a top-of-the-range certified smoke detector with an advanced optical sensor, enabling a rapid response to all types of smoke and fire sources. It is powered by a single 9V alkaline battery. The detector is equipped with a large test button, which is primarily used for regularly checking functionality and battery charge. It can also be used with the Silence function to temporarily mute the alarm during a false alert (e.g., when food is burnt in the kitchen). The detector is certified in accordance with the European standard BS EN 14604:2005 and is also suitable for use in caravans and motorhomes.
