The GameSir G7 Pro gamepad is designed for gaming on personal computers, Nintendo Switch consoles, and mobile phones with Android, Windows 11, and iOS operating systems. This gaming device offers players both wired and wireless connectivity to gaming platforms via USB, Bluetooth, or a 2.4GHz wireless radio frequency. The controller includes an integrated 1200mAh battery and features a USB-C connector along with a 3.5mm jack audio connector for headphones. The built-in six-axis gyroscope allows for precise tilting and aiming by moving the controller itself. A pair of asymmetrical motors in the grips generates realistic vibration feedback during impacts or explosions. These vibration motors contain a special electronic circuit for instant start and stop, significantly improving the transmission of in-game sensations to the player's hands during fast-paced scenes.
The design of this gaming device is the result of an official collaboration with the creators of the action RPG Nioh 3. The outer casing combines dark black armour on the grips with gold accents, which reference the in-game Living Weapon state and create a distinctive visual style. The three-piece faceplate is held onto the frame by magnets and can be easily swapped out by users.
The device supports a polling rate of 8000Hz with both wired and 2.4GHz wireless connections. This high frequency delivers instant response and smooth control during demanding gaming situations. The design incorporates optical microswitches for the ABXY buttons and a mechanical microswitch for the D-pad directional controller.
The second-generation GameSir Mag-Res TMR analogue sticks use magnetic technology to eliminate physical contact between components, which increases the overall reliability of the mechanism. This technical principle eliminates unwanted drifting and spontaneous movement in the game environment. The sticks have a linear control curve, high response accuracy, and exhibit very low power consumption from the integrated battery.
This game controller includes dual trigger stops that let you quickly switch between two different modes of operation. Users can choose the analogue Hall effect mode for smooth, linear press control, or switch to clickable microswitches with instant response. This system allows you to tailor the trigger behaviour to the specific game genre, whether it's racing simulators or fast-paced action shooters.
On the back of the controller are four remappable buttons: two lockable rear buttons and two miniature bumpers. Each of these function buttons supports macro recording for executing complex combinations. Users can configure all functions, stick sensitivity, vibration intensity, and button mapping in the accompanying GameSir Connect software for PC.
