The Need for Speed series always always comes up with a new outlook and innovative elements, the new Need for Speed game titled Rivals is no exception. The third-generation Frostbite Engine delivers a unique adrenaline-fueled experience and a thrilling atmosphere of speed races where illegal racers and police units compete in an open world environment.
The game fortunately allows you to race for both sides. The racer's goal is clearly to become a celebrity. Gaining points for going over speed limits, drifting, wrecking police cars or finishing first moves you up and down on the ladder. You can combat your opponents using a communications jammer, powerful turbo, but also a destructive electromagnetic pulse.
The policemen are also no pushovers. If you choose this side and you are successful, you will climb your way up the ranks. This will give you access to better vehicles and a more efficient set of weapons. Calling for helicopter support and building roadblocks will greatly help you in catching the wicked racers.
For the first time in seven years, you can prove your racing skills even using an Italian Ferrari. There are also other luxury vehicles that you can adapt to your unique needs. New paints, stickers or performance upgrades will make your car stand out in the perfect multiplayer.
You can always join a game with friends using the AllDrive gaming feature. The Autolog network keeps track of all your gaming achievements.
