GIGABYTE AORUS C400 GLASS

GIGABYTE AORUS C400 GLASS
The Gigabyte Aorus C400 Glass PC case is the foundation for building high-performance gaming rigs, with an emphasis on heat dissipation and visual appeal. The design uses the chimney effect principle, where cool air enters from the bottom and hot air naturally rises, which helps maintain low temperatures inside the system. Users get plenty of space for modern hardware, including large graphics cards and advanced water-cooling systems, while maintaining a compact size.
Key features of the Gigabyte Aorus C400 Glass PC case
- Vertical airflow uses the chimney effect
- Four pre-installed fans with ARGB lighting and PWM control
- Top and bottom sides accommodate water-cooling radiators
- Tempered glass side panel with no drilled holes
- Built-in hub connects five fans and five ARGB devices
- Front panel includes a high-speed USB Type-C connector
Vertical airflow
The cooling system accelerates airflow inside the chassis from bottom to top. The bottom, top and front panels have a perforated design that does not obstruct the flow of fresh air to the internal components. This solution ensures stable temperature conditions even under high CPU or GPU load, as heat does not remain trapped in the case and quickly leaves the interior.
Aorus C400 Glass tempered glass side panel
The left side of the case is enclosed by a 4mm thick tempered glass panel, which provides a view of the installed hardware and lighting effects. The glass contains no drilled holes, which reduces the risk of accidental cracking during handling and increases overall safety. The mounting mechanism lets you remove the side panel easily and safely without the need for a screwdriver or other tools.
Compact size and compatibility
The interior accommodates motherboards up to ATX format and graphics cards up to 360mm in length. The design enables the installation of powerful cooling, so you can place water-cooling radiators in both the top and bottom positions. This means you don't have to limit your build's performance due to the case's size, as the internal layout makes efficient use of every centimetre of available space.
Installed fans and control of the Gigabyte case
The case includes four fans with ARGB lighting and PWM speed control as standard. Three fans are located at the bottom for intake, while one at the rear provides exhaust, which creates a strong airflow right from the first boot. The integrated hub connects up to five fans and enables lighting synchronisation and speed control via the motherboard.
Tool-free component installation
The modular design simplifies both assembly and subsequent maintenance of the computer, as the front, top and side panels can be removed without tools. For installing fans or radiators on the top, there is a removable bracket that you can prepare outside the case and then conveniently insert back in. This system eliminates tricky handling of screws in hard-to-reach places inside the chassis and speeds up the assembly process.
Dust protection
A system of dust filters at all key air intake points keeps the interior clean. Magnetic filters on the front and top are complemented by a slide-out filter at the bottom of the case, which captures debris drawn in by the bottom fans. Regular maintenance takes just a few seconds; simply remove the filters, clean them and put them back, maintaining optimal airflow and component cleanliness.
Aorus C400 Glass connectivity and lighting synchronisation
The top panel offers a high-speed USB-C interface for transferring data from external drives or phones. It is complemented by two USB 3.0 ports and audio connectors for connecting headphones and a microphone. Thanks to RGB Fusion support, you can change the lighting colours and effects and unify the visual style of the entire build with other Gigabyte peripherals and components.
