Glucomannan is a polysaccharide that comes from the root of the Amorphophallus konjac plant. It is a soluble fibre that binds water to itself. Thanks to this, it increases its volume, which is associated with a feeling of satiety. In addition, together with a low-calorie diet, it contributes to weight loss, which is ideal especially for weight loss.
Why take Glucomannan?
Glucomannan comes from the root of the Amorphophallus konjac plant, which grows in warm and tropical regions of Asia. This plant polysaccharide is a form of soluble fibre that has many beneficial effects on the body. In the body, it binds water, can swell and thus increase its volume several times. This is linked to the feeling of satiety. As a result, this can be reflected in eating a smaller portion of food. In addition, as part of a low-calorie diet, it contributes to weight loss. This beneficial effect can be achieved by taking 3 g of glucomannan daily in three doses of 1 g each with 1-2 glasses of water. Preferably before meals while following a weight loss diet. Glucomannan also supports the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels, which is also beneficial for heart health. This effect occurs with an intake of 4 g of glucomannan per day. With this product, you can easily meet these recommendations. This supplement is mainly used in weight loss and body contouring. Thanks to the fact that it contains no animal ingredients, it is also suitable for vegans.

Recommended dosage
For weight loss, take 2 tablets 3 times a day before meals. To help maintain normal cholesterol levels, take 2 tablets 4 times a day.
